Questions and Answers about the Breed Survey in the USA

Question: SV judge vs a USCA

  • If I do my breed survey with a USCA Judge, does it count in Germany?
  • If I have a breed survey on my dog and it is up this year will it count?
  • If I do my breed survey with an SV Judge, does it count in Germany?
Answers: Breed surveys are country specific. A breed survey earned here regardless of a USCA or SV judge is good here and here only which means  ...USCA or SV Judge both are ok!

What about my puppies - can they be registered with the SV?  It depends on where they are born:

  • Regardless if you have the survey by a USCA Judge or an SV Judge, puppies born here (USA) must be AKC registered per the FCI
  • You must have a "Registered Kennel" in Germany, be a member of the SV and the puppies must be born in Germany for you to get SV Papers on the puppies 
Questions and Answers about who can enter a CLUB event!
 
Anyone who is a USCA member or a member of another WUSV German Shepherd Organization may enter any class (except Breed Survey).
  • Any GSD that is AKC registered or SV registered may show in regular classes (except Breed Survey).
  • Any GSD entering for a Breed Survey must be USCA registered and the owner must be a member of USCA.
So come on out and join the fun!!

Show/Breed Survey location: Triple Crown Dog Academy, 200 CR 197, Hutto TX
 
All entries received after the closing date of Sept 30th will be charged a $10.00 additional entry fee.
